Manage venue setup, stage flow, crowd navigation, attendee kits & swag distribution.

Craft social graphics, presentation backdrops, stage visuals, posters and venue signage.
Stage & Speaker Coordination
Guide keynote speakers, manage stage timelines, handle mics, and supervise slide switchers.
Tech & Platform
Build & maintain check-in scanner apps, assist with live code demos and WiFi/tech desks.
Attendee Experience & Registration
Be the friendly first face of DevFest: check in attendees, hand out badges, and guide visitors.
